Please read this page prior to placing an order for custom measurements via email to ensure that all the measurements and information needed can be provided.

If you do not have a soft tape measure/tailor's tape, please locate one or order one from our website or elsewhere so that you can take the required measurements. 

For Tops:

Shoulders

Please measure from where your shoulder begins to turn down your arm to the other shoulder along your back.

Shoulder to Chest

Please measure from the top of your shoulder down to your nipple on either side.

Chest

wrap the tape measure around your chest, typically covering the nipples and going across the lower shoulder blades. Do not pull the tape measure too tightly or allow for slack, a nice easy snug measurement is best. 

Waist

True waist - above the hip bones and belly button, typically the thinnest part of the torso. Similar to taking the chest measurement, wrap the tape measure around not too tight, not too loose. 

Hips

Wrap the tape measure around yourself to cover the hip bones, this typically covers the belly button as well. Not too tight, not too loose.

Neck

Wrap the tape measure around your neck with the desired tightness of a collar.

Sleeve Length

Bend your elbow at a 90 degree angle and measure from the same point on your shoulder from the shoulder measurement down your arm, across the elbow, to your wrist where you would like your sleeve to end. If short sleeve length is desired, please measure to where you would like your sleeve to end. 

Shirt Length

Measure from the top of your shoulder down to where you would like your shirt to end. 

Bicep

Wrap the tape measure around your bicep at the widest part. Not tight, not loose.

Wrist

Wrap the tape measure around your wrist. Not tight, not loose.

For Bottoms:

Waist

True waist - above the hip bones and belly button, typically the thinnest part of the torso. Similar to taking the chest measurement, wrap the tape measure around not too tight, not too loose. 

Hips

Wrap the tape measure around yourself to cover the hip bones, this typically covers the belly button as well. Not too tight, not too loose.

Seat

Wrap the tape measure around yourself to cover the widest part of your butt. Not too tight, not too loose.

Rise

Sit on a hard surface. Measure from the surface up to the top of where your would like your waist band to be.

Inseam

Measure from the top of the crotch on the inside of the leg down to where you would like the pants or shorts to end.

Outseam

Measure from the top of where you would like the waist band to lie down to where you would like the pants or shorts to end.

Crotch

Measure in the front from the top of where you would like the waist band to lie down between the legs to the top of where you would like the waist band to lie in the back.

Thigh

wrap the tape measure around your thigh. Not too tight, not too loose.

Ankle

If you are orders pants, wrap the tape measure around your ankle.
